John’s journey in construction began early, working alongside his father and developing a deep appreciation for the craft. Those hands-on experiences, paired with his Mechanical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech, laid the foundation for a career defined by precision, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.
After over 15 years managing large-scale projects and teams in industrial and commercial settings, John returned to his true passion: creating and developing exceptional properties. Today, he focuses on construction, property development, and acquisitions, bringing a vision of quality, functionality, and long-term value to every project.
John is dedicated to building value-driven projects that stand the test of time. Whether it’s residential or commercial construction, community developments, or investment properties, his work reflects a seamless blend of expertise, craftsmanship, and forward-thinking design. John is a licensed general contractor in Georgia.

Shan’s passion for creativity and design has been evident from an early age. Growing up, she balanced sketching ideas with helping her mother manage family businesses, blending artistic vision with practical problem-solving. After earning a degree in Finance with honors from Georgia State University, Shan pursued a successful career in financial management, from trading equity derivatives on Wall Street to managing multi-billion-dollar portfolios.
Her creative side eventually led her to transition into property transformations, where she combines financial expertise with an eye for design. Shan has built a reputation for turning spaces into beautifully crafted, value-driven projects, excelling in property management and home design.
Beyond her work, Shan is deeply committed to community development. She has served as a board member for the Atlanta Beltline and participated in the Neighborhood Planning Unit for the Old Fourth Ward, contributing to initiatives that foster growth and livability. Shan is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia. License #326047.
