After over 15 years managing large-scale projects and teams in industrial and commercial settings, John returned to his true passion: creating and developing exceptional properties. Today, he focuses on construction, property development, and acquisitions, bringing a vision of quality, functionality, and long-term value to every project.

Growing up, she balanced sketching ideas with helping her mother manage family businesses, blending artistic vision with practical problem-solving. After earning a degree in Finance with honors from Georgia State University, Shan pursued a successful career in financial management, from trading equity derivatives on Wall Street to managing multi-billion-dollar portfolios.
Her creative side eventually led her to transition into property transformations, where she combines financial expertise with an eye for design. Shan has built a reputation for turning spaces into beautifully crafted, value-driven projects, excelling in property management and home design.
Beyond her work, Shan is deeply committed to community development. She has served as a board member for the Atlanta Beltline and participated in the Neighborhood Planning Unit for the Old Fourth Ward, contributing to initiatives that foster growth and livability.
